Mr. Fohrer has served as a director since 1999. Mr. Fohrer operates as president and chief executive officer of Southern California Edison, a subsidiary of Edison International. He received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University at Los Angeles.
Mr. Fohrer is a registered civil engineer in California and serves on the board of councillors for the Engineering School at the University of Southern California and on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the School of Business at California State University at Long Beach.
