Based in Broomfield, Colorado, Dan McConville is president of two MWH operations – Business Solutions and Middle East Government and Infrastructure. Additionally, he is the president of Hawksley Consulting, a new wholly-owned subsidiary of MWH Global. Mr. McConville brings industry expertise and a commitment to client service to his role that includes managing the day-to-day implementation of strategy for the group and ensuring internal processes are aligned to support and promote the success of our clients.
His passion for people extends to promoting the diversity and development of all employees. As MWH employees collectively work toward Building a Better World, Mr. McConville focuses this corporate purpose into building opportunities for employees and clients to achieve success.
Mr. McConville joined MWH in 1994 and has served in a variety of leadership and client service roles. His experience and background within the consulting field yields a broad perspective for clients.
Mr. McConville is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the American Council of Engineering Companies, the Water Design Build Council, the Project Management Institute and the American Bar Association. He is on the Executive Advisory Board of Regis University in Denver, Colorado, has served on the Georgetown University Board of Governors and has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences.
Mr. McConville received his bachelor’s in business administration and juris doctor with honors from Georgetown University. He lives in Colorado with his wife and children.
