Anca coordinates the execution of the contracts implemented by MWH Belgium for international funding institutions and directly manages complex multi-country projects aimed at delivering solutions to development needs. In addition to ensuring the quality of outputs, schedule compliance and financial performance, Anca acts as a key client contact and carries out risk reviews of all projects implemented by the MWH team in Belgium. She is also involved in maintaining active partnerships with consortium partners and in setting up tools to allow for rapid responses and decision-making within projects. Anca is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
