Return to Work Programs at MWH, now part of Stantec
The MWH return to work program is a 22-week paid program to bring more skilled women back for a second chance at career advancement in technology and engineering. The program is designed to provide Returnees with an opportunity to expand their skills and gain meaningful work experience with hands-on experience that helps reduce perceived risk and gives participants a gradual and structured ramping-up platform from which to grow their career. Returnees will have job responsibilities that mirror the professional activities of their colleagues, with options for both part-time and full-time hours. Positions will be available to start in the Broomfield and Denver, Colo. offices and MWH will work in coordination with other partnering companies in the greater Denver area and provide professional development activities that will empower candidates to obtain jobs once they complete their program. Return to work sponsoring companies include: ReturnPath, SpotX, SendGrid and ReadyTalk.
Returnship Program Overview
- The MWH Returnship program is designed to be a hands-on, career-related experience that helps remove any perceived risk and gives the participants a gradual and structured ramping-up platform
- Returnees will have responsibilities that mirror the professional activities of their colleagues rather than performing only clerical tasks
- The MWH program also works in coordination with other partnering companies in the area and their Returnees. Partner programs include Lunch & Learns on a variety of topics that will help candidates obtain jobs once they complete their Returnships

- Approximately: October 5, 2015 – March 9, 2016 (Break December 21st- January 1st)
