- Qualifications and skills
- At least a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in economics (transport economics is an advantage); in the absence of a master degree, a bachelor degree plus 5 additional year of professional experience on top of the 10 years of general professional experience mentioned below ;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Working command of spoken Russian is an advantage.
- General professional experience
- At least 10 years of experience in development and/or implementation of traffic monitoring, transport security, transport efficiency, policies or projects;
- Specific professional experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing sustainable urban mobility projects in the EU.
- At least 3 years of experience in provision of assistance to public transport agencies
- Experience in capacity building activities on sustainable urban mobility.
