Colin Cumming has more than 40 years’ experience in engineering both in the UK and overseas. In the role of Technical Director, Colin provides troubleshooting support to existing programs and is heavily involved in the development and start-up of new deployments. He has a unique ability to simplify and resolve complex situations and focus on the issues that matter. His recent engagements have included multi-criteria decision making support to the Jordanian government to make nation-wide decisions on its infrastructure development program. Colin has led business positioning and business case reviews and acted as expert witness in a complex capacity development program.

Colin is an expert in business process design, supporting tool development and training services for the embedment of advanced business processes and systems into programme delivery organisations.
