Don Erpenbeck brings more than 20 years experience our hydropower clients. He has a diverse background in project management and engineering on projects throughout the world, with specialized expertise in hydropower rehabilitation projects of all sizes.

The global hydropower specialists plan and engineer hydroelectric projects including conventional design and pumped storage. Our expertise includes water intakes and outlets, powerhouses, small hydro, addition of hydropower generation at existing dams, plant rehabilitation and upgrade, power transmission and distribution, fish passage and hydrokinetic developments, as well as power-related regulatory and permitting services.
