Greg Raines brings nearly 30 years of global expertise in tunnels and underground structures. He actively participates in the U.S. and International Tunneling Associations.

Our tunneling experts support spans numerous markets and technologies where tunnels, shafts, inclines and caverns are used. Tunnels and underground structures are key components of water conveyance, wastewater collection, wet weather storage, hydropower, dam inlets and outlets, mining infrastructure, and a wide variety of federal applications around the world. The tunneling practice provides expertise to support our widely varied operations in all phases of project delivery, including program management, planning, design, construction management, construction, and rehabilitation of hard rock and soft ground tunnels.
