Josh Rogers
Geotechnical Group Manager
Josh has more than 11 years of varied geotechnical and civil engineering experience primarily focused on mining infrastructure such as tailing and waste storage facilities. His experience ranges from site investigation, laboratory testing and design to onsite construction and operational support and the design and implementation of mine closure. He has an interest in applying approaches such as dry stacking and dry closure to reduce the risks and long-term costs associated with tailing storage. He also has experience in design and dam safety review work for hydropower facilities. Josh has been based in the United States, Canada, Peru and Australia and has worked on projects in North and South America, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. His experience working in multiple geographies and in all stages of the mining project life cycle have proved useful in providing practical solutions and support to clients.
