Industry veteran Todd Larson rejoins MWH Global to lead global engineering and quality services
Broomfield, Colo., February 4, 2014 – MWH Global announced today it has hired Todd Larson as its global project delivery director of engineering and quality to enhance the team of professionals in the design, construction and delivery of infrastructure projects. Larson rejoins MWH Global after 8 years with Black & Veatch.
As director of engineering and quality, Larson will be located at the firm’s Broomfield, Colo. headquarters. He will provide leadership to the global project delivery group, with a focus on design excellence within the construction design-build operations. He will also oversee the U.S. and U.K. design team, estimating support teams as well as commissioning, startup and quality.

Larson has more than 27 years of experience in the design and construction of water and wastewater projects. He has experience in all aspects of project delivery, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup, and operations for projects from $8 million to more than $342 million. He consistently bridges the needs and requirements of clients, designers, constructors and operators, ensuring that all stakeholders collaboratively deliver successful projects.
Larson holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in seven states, and is active in the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF). Larson was recently elected as a director on the board of Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
