Since 2005 the Financial Review Client Choice Awards have celebrated the best in professional services. Clients are asked to rate firms on a range of criteria including client service performance, value for money, and innovation in the delivery of their services to the respondents to the survey. Responses were drawn from actual clients and users of professional services and for the first time clients were asked to nominate and give reasons for their ratings.
Firms and practitioners are judged solely from the independent assessment of the clients’ ratings – there is no judging panel. These awards are significant because any firm can claim to be client focused, but only a select few can prove it by reaching the finals.
