Meet Melissa James, a summer intern at MWH and civil engineering student entering her final semester at Colorado State University. Melissa spent her summer interning at MWH to get a wide variety of experiences in the water resources aspect in order to figure out exactly what she wanted to do with her career once she graduates in December. When Melissa isn’t busy with school and her internship, she’s a Student Ambassador for the College of Engineering at CSU and is involved with her college sorority, Kappa Delta.
Every semester in the U.S., MWH recruits students from schools across the country and provides them with the opportunity to work within the challenging and exciting engineering, consulting and construction industry. Interns are involved in a variety of special projects and assignments in areas such as corporate finance, civil, mechanical and environmental engineering and construction management.
