Education: BS Environmental Engineering, University of Florida, MS Industrial Engineering, University of Florida
Job Overview: As Senior Client Service Leader, I’m both directly responsible for the business development activities for my geography and for organizing the activities for the southeast US of G&I. I meet with clients, develop client service and strategy plans, respond to RFQs, lead client interviews, and assist the project teams with managing client expectations.
How I ended up at MWH: I interned with MWH for three summers while in college. The first two summers I was seconded to a client’s office so I really worked there. After I graduated, I was hired and the rest as they say is history.
What is on my desk right now: Too many piles of paper, iPhone, lip gloss, sunglasses, a slinky, and a diet coke. I also have lots of pictures of my two beagles around.
Free time activities: Usually just hanging out with my dogs and husband and binge watching TV on the weekends. I love the beach and feel an instant calm when I’m near the water. When I’m being good I enjoy spin classes. I also am a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches which allows me to volunteer in the community in support of children’s advocacy.
Best career advice I’ve ever received: Be resourceful. If you’re someone who can figure out how to get the answer or get something done you will always be extremely valuable.
Experiences at MWH: Camping in the Everglades as a middle school student is what sparked my interest in environmental science and later engineering so it’s pretty cool to have my childhood and working world collide.
