The Transmission Gully motorway project is being delivered under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. MWH was engaged to act as New Zealand Transport Agency’s (NZTA) technical advisor during the PPP procurement process and to help the NZTA develop the outcome specifications for the Request for Proposal.
John MacKillop, general manager transportation for MWH in Australia, played a pivotal role in the MWH New Zealand based technical team who worked on the project.
