Kylie Ward

Director, Human Resources - Asia Pacific

 

Kylie Ward is an accredited Organisational Psychologist and also holds a Masters and PhD in Organisational Psychology. Kylie is an accomplished Human Resource Executive with over 15 experience in the HR field, including recruitment, training and development, conflict resolution, executive coaching, teambuilding, change management, benefits administration, contract and policy design, retention approaches, occupational health and safety.

Kylie’s previous position was Director, Human Resources for the commercial arm of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, RMIT Training. Prior to this position Kylie was Coporate Development Director for Al Qudra Holdings and Human Resource Director for Qatari Diar respectively. In these positions Kylie was responsible for building the Human Resource capability among other functions for their respective operations throughout the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Africa, and throughout Asia Pacific.

Kylie has proven experience working with senior management to implement strategic value-add initiatives across a variety of complex sectors, such as engineering consulting, project management, real estate development, education, petrochemical, transport, and banking. This included government versus private industries, and unionised and non-unionised environments.

Kylie has held the position of Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific for MWH since 2013.
