Jason Mumm
Director of Financial, Commercial and Risk Management Services

Jason Mumm is an experienced financial management consultant in the water and wastewater business. His professional career includes extensive work developing water rates, sewer rates, financial plans, utility valuations, cost-of-service allocations, management consulting and expert witness testimony. Previously, Jason served as the chairman for the Joint Publications Committee of the Rocky Mountain Sections of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Water Environment Association (RMWEA), a position he held for 10 years. He is a recognized expert in his field and is certified by the Public Utility Commissions of Colorado and Hawaii.
