Since 2009, MWH has served as construction manager-at-risk (CMAR) for the City of Austin’s Water Treatment Plant No. 4 (WTP4) – the largest CMAR utility project in the state of Texas with the goal of increasing water treatment capacity to meet the needs of Austin’s growing community. Austin’s WTP4 is on track to meet the city’s growth and infrastructure demands and recently surpassed the halfway mark of construction and has logged more than 1,300,000 man hours worked without a lost-time incident.
