The Organizational Network Fieldbook: Best Practices, Techniques and Exercises to Drive Organizational Innovation and Performance, by Rob Cross, Robert Thomas, Jean Singer, Sally Colella, and Yaarit Silverstone provides practical examples on how the results of organizational network surveys can be translated into action, driving improvement in organizational performance. MWH employees authored two of the chapters in the field book. The first describes the journey to globalize our internal IT organization, and how network analytics informed organizational structure decisions. The second describes our “mentoring marketplace” and approaches to connecting people within the organization.
